I think this is a good idea, but something of note. Last week when we were doing some attempts, one of the soakers for Hour was dead so someone else on vent yelled "I'll take it!" to prevent us from wiping. I can't remember who and/or if they died, but I believe that should be taken into consideration as well.

Attendance: Perfect attendance without lateness/AFK and us waiting on you for more than 5 minutes. +1 per week
Not failing on mechanics to heroic attempts
Significant contribution to strategy, officer's decision
