Why do you want to join Judgment?

Applicant Answer: I am looking for friendly raiding guild on the alliance side. I have been horde for a very long time, but many of my friends have transferred over to the Ali side.

Please tell us what you feel “accountability” means in a raid setting.

Applicant Answer: You should be held accountable for knowing the fights, admitting when you have messed up, and actively learning from your mistakes. I feel that accountability should be on the individual and when you are asked to study a fight or do something for the better of the guild, you should be expected to do so.

What is your offspec/dual spec? (If applicable). How comfortable would you be if you were asked to raid in your off spec on any given night?

Applicant Answer: I am holy off-spec and have normal rag healing exp

How do you keep up to date on the mechanics of your class?

Applicant Answer: I look at the forums and speak to other shadow priest I know. I also use comparebot to look for ways I can improve.

Please describe in detail your raiding experience in WoW, including what instances you have experience in and what your role was during those raids.

Applicant Answer: WOTLK: 25 man shadow priest, heroic content. Cata: 25 man raid shadow priest, we did not do heroic BoT or BWD, but have 6/7 Heroic Firelands xp with 4p rag progress.

Have you had any experiences playing classes other than the one you are applying on? If so, please elaborate on that experience.

Applicant Answer: I have a pally tank that raided in ICC, I did just level her up to 85 and she is taking ZA/ZGs now, but have not had the opportunity to level many other toons.

After looking at your parses and gear, I had a few questions for you.

On most of your domo kills, your Legendary Concentration uptime seems to be on the low end, why do you think that is?

How often do you get dark intent? If not often, it seems like you could extract more dps out of your gear by min/maxing a bit, what's your take on this?

Do you clip your mindflays, why or why not?
